Premier League Fantasy Football Picks
There are just five Gameweeks left in the Fantasy Premier League season. IF you’re looking to make a late run for glory, now is the time to do it. Here are our top Premier League Fantasy Football picks to help you out:
GK - Hugo Lloris
Spurs were terrible in their cup final defeat to Manchester City. However, they did only concede one goal and Sheffield United are coming to town this week. Lloris hasn’t had a vintage season, but he’ll be confident of keeping a clean sheet against the goal-shy Blades.
DEF - Ruben Dias
City may rotate a few players given their involvement in the Champions League, but with John Stones suspended Dias is almost certain to remain in the starting line up. City have shipped a few goals recently, but they still have the best backline in the Premier League and will fancy their chances of stopping Crystal Palace from breaching them.
DEF - Trent Alexander Arnold
It’s a bit of a punt picking Liverpool players at the minute, but Alexander Arnold has managed a goal and an assist in his last three Premier League games. It won’t be easy against rivals Manchester United, but with the game coming between United’s Europa League semi final games, it could be a good time to play them.
DEF - Antonio Rudiger
Rudiger has been a player reborn since Thomas Tuchel took over at Chelsea. He’s been a rock at the heart of the Chelsea defence and a key part of their excellent form. The Blues host relegation-haunted Fulham this week in a very appealing matchup for Rudiger.
MID - Jesse Lingard
Lingard had a poor outing against Chelsea last week, but is still virtually undroppable in Fantasy Premier League. The Hammers will be looking for Lingard to help get their European push back on track this week. They visit Burnley on Monday night in a must-win game.
MID - Mo Salah
After a one week blip, Salah returned to the scoresheet against Newcastle on Saturday. In truth, he should have had about five, but let’s not be greedy. He’ll find it harder going against Manchester United this week, but Salah is still a must pick for Fantasy owners.
MID - Raheem Sterling
Sterling isn’t in the best of form, but he’s still picked up a whopping 40 Fantasy points in his last six away games. He might find himself on the bench for Wednesday’s trip to Paris, so he’s virtually certain to start against Palace at the weekend.
MID - Matheus Pereira
Believe it or not, Pereira has the best points average of all Fantasy Premier League players in April. He’s picked up a superb 10.5 points per game since the month began and has a great chance to take that form into May, as West Brom face out of form Wolves on Monday.
FWD - Harry Kane
Like most of his teammates, Kane was very subdued in the League Cup Final. However, Kane was making his comeback from injury against the strongest defence in the Premier League. He should find life somewhat easier this week against bottom side Sheffield United. Not only is Kane a must pick, but he’s a strong contender for the captaincy role.
FWD - Chris Wood
Without wishing to blow our own trumpet, Wood was one of our Fantasy Premier League tips last week. He rewarded us with a first-half hat trick against Wolves. Burnley host high flying West Ham this week, it’s not an easy fixture but Wood still represents excellent Fantasy value.
FWD - Kelechi Iheanacho
Iheanacho is flying at the minute. Another goal on Monday night means that for the first time in years, the Foxes top scorer isn’t Jamie Vardy. The in-form striker will be confident of adding to his 14 goal haul when Leicester face struggling Southampton on Friday night.
