We take a look at the best betting tips for the upcoming Serie A action.
Serie A Betting Tips
There are some tight looking games in Serie A this week, so we’ve picked out three draws for your betting slip. Here are our best Serie A betting tips for the upcoming action.
Sampdoria v Roma: Draw and BTTS 3.6
It’s been a disappointing domestic season for Roma. Not only are they likely to miss out on a place in Europe, but capital rivals Lazio have stormed ahead of them in the table. Consistency has been a big problem for Roma in Serie A, but they are still in the Europa League and this game comes between their two semi final legs against Manchester United. Given that schedule, there could be some rotation in their line up and we don’t expect them to be at full strength here. Sampdoria are another side who’ve had an up and down campaign. They sit in ninth with very little to play for, but they are capable of springing a surprise and can be dangerous.
These ‘little to play for’ games often bring plenty of entertainment, but picking a winner is a very tricky task. We recommend the 3.6 on both teams scoring, but neither of them winning.
Verona v Spezia: Draw 3.4
Verona have lost their last four games. Spezia have one point from their last three. This isn't exactly a mouthwatering clash between two in-form sides. But when it comes to Serie A betting tips, we’re not interested in entertainment, just in finding the winning bets. There’s no doubt that Verona are the stronger side here, but their form is so poor that they will be severely lacking inconfidence. As for Spezia, they still need a few points to secure their Serie A status for next season, for a draw here might just suit them fine.
This could be a very cagey affair, the10 on a no score draw is an appealing price. But if you don’t want to push the boat out, the 3.4 on a point apiece looks excellent value.
Sassuolo v Atalanta: Draw 4.5
Sassuolo are in top form at present and have put together four wins in a row. However they are a whopping 5.5 to win this week. Why? Well, their opponents Atalanta are in equally great form and have risen to second in Serie A. They demolished Bologna 5-0 last week and have victories over Juventus, Fiorentina and Udinese in recent weeks.
This really is a mouthwatering prospect. Both teams are flying and choosing a winner is virtually impossible, despite Atalanta’s lofty position. The bookies clearly favour the visitors, which makes the 4.5 on a draw extremely attractive.
If you fancy all of our Serie A betting tips to come in and you want to really push the boat out this week, you can get 56 on a draw treble.
Whatever Serie A betting tips you select this week, make sure you gamble responsibly! Good luck.
